WILL YOU STILL BE ACCEPTING ORDERS ON INSTAGRAM?

No. We acknowledge that some people may feel uncomfortable having to direct message us for an order so we felt that it is easier and more straight forward for orders to be placed on a website to recreate the traditional online shopping experience. However, you are now able to shop directly through Instagram via our Instagram Shop. 

 

WHY HAVE THE PRICES INCREASED?

Dirty Look’s unique selling point is how affordable the sunglasses are, now that we have moved onto a website we had to increase the prices a little bit in order to fund the services of having a website. The price increase was not a major change and we still thrive to making our products affordable for every individual.

 

HOW IS SHIPPING & DELIVERY CALCULATED?

Shipping is calculated according to the weight and size of the package. Unfortunately, buying more than one pair of shades means you will have to pay a bit more for postage as Royal Mail charge more depending on the size. We are still working on having a set price for postage which will be available in due course.

 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

No, we post using Royal Mail Signed For therefore, we won’t be able to provide a tracking number however if your package has taken more than 3-7 working days to arrive, please contact us and we can track it for you.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY PACKAGE TAKE TO COME?

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 Working Days

Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 Working Days

European Delivery: 7-10 Working Days

US Delivery: 7-14 Working Days

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed within 3 working days however this may differ during busier periods. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No. We only offer exchanges on goods that have arrived damaged.
